Liability Waiver

We ask that if you are booking a party or event with private interactions that this waver to be signed by any parent or guardian , ava is a monkey and can bite, scratch, or pull hair i cannot guarantee that it wont happen but i will do everything in my power to prevent it from happening but if she gets upset it is possible . She does also like to play bite which can be hard to some people.
